With 38 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, Mr Karsan Varsani is one of the founders and chief promoters of SKPL. His key areas of expertise are strategic planning, financial analysis, negotiation, decision-making, project management and team building. Under his effective leadership, the company executes strategic initiatives, identifies potential investment and acquisition opportunities, and maintains positive relations with all stakeholders to ensure SKPL's profitability and maintain a successful track record in the construction industry.
Karsanbhai B Varsani
With an educational background in Civil Engineering and 28 years of experience in the Irrigation Department of the Gujarat government, Mr. Kuman B. Varsani is a promoter of SKPL. His key areas of expertise are technical planning, project management, team supervision, negotiation and decision-making. He has vast experience in pre-construction activities and budget management. He oversees all the construction activities and ensures the implementation of all the safety protocols. Through his leadership skills, he manages a team of site engineers, workers, supervisors and contractors and is adept at communicating with various government departments.

With 17 years of rich experience in the construction industry, Mr Girish Varsani is one of the founders and promoters of SKPL. He leads SKPL’s strategic initiatives and their successful execution to enhance profits. He also involves himself in assessing potential investment and acquisition opportunities while also contributing to maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders of SKPL and the industry.

Formally trained in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Kevin Varsani has been active in the construction industry for 6 years as a Director at SKPL. Apart from his knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, he is adept at marketing and communications, strategic planning and human resource management. He has consistently developed and implemented effective strategies to maximise company profits while also playing a crucial role in resolving technical issues at project sites. He also focuses on managing fieldwork and maintaining cordial relationships with key stakeholders.
